Surgery Time

Regular appointments are bookable. Call in, telephone or book online.

The telephone lines are open from 08:00 for patients who need to make an urgent appointment that day. Please phone after 08:30 for non-urgent appointments – the quietest times are usually between 12:00 and 15:00.  

Weekend appointments: now available at Thurrock Hubs located in Tilbury - GP and nurse appointments are bookable only through your branch.

Emergency: For emergencies or out of hours please call 111

When We Are Closed

When the surgery is closed call 111 free of charge from mobiles and landlines. An adviser or nurse will help you immediately or direct you to the most appropriate service

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.  

Staff Training Closure

On the second Tuesday of the month all GP practices in Thurrock close at 13:00 to for Time to Learn training workshops organised by Thurrock Clinical Commissioning Group. 

If you urgently need medical assistance between 13:00 and 18:30 please call 111. If not urgent please contact the surgery from 0800 the next morning.

If the medical emergency is life threatening call 999.
